If someone tips you money..like your regular customers...then keep it.  And if 
the cocktail waitress tips slides you some money..keep it also...just split 
what the regular joe that comes up to the bar tips out.  

That way you get your big tippers and the extras, and plus sounds like that 
guy is skimming tips from you anyway...and the way I am I wouldn't sit there 
and not do the same...unless you want to confront him, but even then he wil 
probly just lie about it....so do your thing and worry about yourself 
first...Atleast where I have been in the bar business so far...and especially 
nightclubs..people will turn on you in 2 second flat....take care of yourself 
and your customers and screw everyone else...
