I have another delema guys and would really like your help on this one. Where 
I work we have two bartenders on a shift and we split the tips down the middel 
i have a suspision that he is pocketing some money one waitress mainly goes to 
him when she works because she is able to order in spanish to get her drinks. 
The other night I had one of her tabs and she made good money so when I was 
paying her out she sliped me a 20 and told me that was for me and not to share 
it with the other bartender that he would understand cause she has dose that 
with him all the time and other nights when I asked how much she tiped out he 
tells me 10.
Since I do not get her tabs or work with her that often I'm not able to keep 
track of how much she is making and if he is shareing that with me. I have had 
waitresses do that with me but I always let him know and split it with him. 
Plus when I quit dancing and became a bartender my customers come in and see 
me and leave me big big tips I share them with him also but now I am getting 
really frustrated with it due to the fact that he never recives tips that 
large since I have been working with him I kinda feel as if I should keep 
those tips for my self since they are intended for me solely and he might be 
pocketing other tips he recives. I  could really use you input thanks guys.
