I was thinking something somewhat of a small bar; however I need to still make 
a little money here! 
From my past experience the crowd control / people skills are not too big of a 
concern, I will probably go to a few high volume bars and small bars right 
before I make some cold calls to the bars I want to apply to, to watch the 
bartenders move, talk etc. then practice a in front of a mirror.

All else fails, it should prove to be interesting.
