It's not good to fake it,as you will be found out quickly, especially if
you've never worked in the service industry.

I found out the hard way. I had just graduated from bartending school, created
a fake resume and sent it to a bar/lounge along with my picture. They called
me right away saying they liked my look and I trailed on a Thursday night from
5pm-9pm. Even though I knew the drink receipes the fact that I was never
behind a real functioning bar made my night there chaotic. Dealing with
crowds is something that comes with expereince & it will show if you have none.

After the 4hrs they said we'll call you, & I never heard from them. This was a
rude awakening as people always told me if you're an attractive female there
won't be a problem finding a job - what a myth!

My suggestion is to work as barback first or bartend at small bar that's not
too crowded where you'll have time to learn.
