There will be a few up hill challenges and I've been stuck with newbies that 
thought they could fake it with some success and some disaster.

People skills I'd venture to say you've got, but understand the importance of 
being able to mutitask, consolidation and prioritization of the tasks to be 
completed in a moment's notice.
