I am right with Josh. Its all about ice. My managers love me, I save them tons 
of money by learning all the tricks of the trade. Glass sizes, maximum ice, 
leaving a 1/2 inch from the top of the glass etc. You can pour a once of Jack 
and only mix it with an once of pepsi. Good to go! Though, sometime I get a 
person say use less ice which i do.
