The resort has been open for 8 months, but the previous management team had no 
experience in luxury, so they are out and we are in.  We have alot to fix, 
service wise, and this is one of them.  So in fact, we are instituting it for 
the first time.
Again, thanks for taking the time, and from some of the other posts, it sounds 
like you are educating alot of people with this one.
