shrug I like to hear everyone's opinion on a matter, and then form my own. 
Whether I regard that opinion as right, wrong, dated or the newest idea, it 
all forms a glut of information that I can absorb and then go from there. 

Personally Chance, I appreciate your posts as much as I appreciate George, 
.dan, Bippo, Cheryl, Dano, Pal...hell, everyone on the boards. Where else will 
we ever get a chance to talk to so many bartenders (and people) with so many 
opinions on a regular basis?

As for the current topic, I think it's interesting to hear how the 'upper 
class' like to be served, or expect to be served. I'll never work in such an 
environment (not my kind of scene), but it's information that I can later 
refer back to if anyone asks. And that's the point of these boards; 
information. And opinion. :)
