I agree with keeping it here.  Some of this might help others improve or 
distinguish their levels of service.
We do have small and pinch carafes.  As for the rest, I am looking to 
completely change my line of glassware.  Currently, they are pouring into a 10 
oz. rocks glass.
I have a standard brigade setup with front and back waiters.  Not currently 
using the DRA, maybe when we are busier.
I would like to deliver as many drinks to the table in this method as 
possible, however, more likely is to limit it to rocks, highballs, martinis, 
OFs, etc.  I certainly don't plan to "club" a LITea.
