Isn't Everclear a really potent spirit? A 190 proof spirit for someone who 
doesn't drink? That sounds scary. I would reccoment vodka for beginners but 
never the more potent form of it at 190 proof. It's illegal in most states, 
including mine. Maybe you were joking and I just didn't get it.
