I have to agree with the rest of the posters - what you are suggesting is 
immoral.  Instead, why don't you try to sit down with wife and discuss this 
issue with her.  If she doesn't want to drink, then she shouldn't have to, 
knowingly or unknowingly.

If she is game to try something why not something nice, smooth and sweet like 
Irish cream - or if she looks as if she may be more intrested in a wine - a 
Shiraz of any type, in conjunction with a nice meal would be lovely.

Actions like you are suggesting would get you divorced pretty quick - think 
man!
