I don't think spiking your wifes drink is such a great idea. If you don't
drink alcohol it is a personal choice you make, and that should be respected.
If you want another person to see that alcohol is something magical and
cultural you can't approach it as an item to get pissed or tipsy from. If your
wife doesn't like drinking alcohol, how about asking if she'd like to eat
something with alcohol in it, like a tiramisu or rum cake or something of the
sort. If she doesn't enjoy the taste or effects of alcohol, but you'd like her
to try it, how about offering a glass of chardonnay. There are many
alternatives, and your question should not have been on how to secretly get
her tipsy but on how to introduce her to alcohol with the respect it deserves.

one comment to the people who answered this thread, there is no need to be
antagonistic to what people write, even if it is silly or "wrong". We're here
to teach, not to preach.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
