Confused by this. Why do you have to make sweet drinks? Why not try using your 
liqueurs to make a whole host of different drinks that vary from sweet, dry, 
bitter, sour, strong, fruity, creamy, etc, etc. Then do combinations of the 
above. You do not have to make sweet drinks all the time. Maybe i am just 
reading your first post wrong? The general public are getting a lot more clued 
in with what they are buying and do not necessarily want 'sweet' drinks any 
more.

I find that the more popular drinks nowadays are Mojito, Caipirinha, Martini 
variations like Cosmo's, Bramble, Russian Spring Punch, etc, etc. Drinks that 
are by no means sweet! 

Why not post the liqueurs that you are trying to use and let everyone post 
some drink recipes for you?
