>  what is the age group youare dealing with?  

I'm in a restaurant that has a bar. Most of the folx that 'dine at the bar' 
are 30 - 50, pretty much, but we get a fair number of those that are 21 - 30, 
as well as older folx.

I also get a good mix of racial groups, and economic groups.

I'm just amazed that with such a varied group of folx sitting on the other 
side of the bar, I'm not seeing a lot of folx willing to try the 'sweeter' 
drinks.

They seem to just want "Long Island Iced Tea" or "Margarita" or else the 
occassional "Pina Colada"

I wanna make DRINKS!!!
