Okay.

I'm planning on serving 5-8 drinks during the day. For each drink I will edit 
a clip and I'll put all clips on a DVD. By menu selection on the DVD I can 
choose which one to play.
We'll have a protocol that each one fills out after each drink. The different 
columns in the protocal are yet to be decided, but will be silly enough. 
(Suggestions anyone?)

So far I have about 5 drinks decided and 4 clips already edited.
This will be fun!
