4 lime wedges
1/2 cinnamon quill
30ml Tequila ( i use herradurra silver )
30ml Galliano
45ml cranberry juice
sugar syrup to taste

Muddle lime and cinnamon
Add alcohol and juice, ice and then shake.
Double strain into old fashioned over crushed ice. Garnich with half a 
cinnamon quill.
