dan, 
Funnily enough i call a "Dancin'" Due to the fact a chef friend of mine called 
dan put me onto it, and it has CINnamon in it, i dunnow. Good thing about 
cocktails and naming them.

I have also been experiemtning with clove infused sugar syrup with my 
ammaretto sours, and paprika sprinkled in my brandy blazers.
