... Sounds Exotic.
Cinnamon quills yet. I'm thinking of getting a new packet in for some mulled
wines, so I'll see if I can give it a go.
Does it have a name?

I do find Tequila to be a fine match with Galliano. Or a balancer, or a
neutralizer or something. My drink number 3 (after the over-rated Wallbanger
and previously mentioned Golden Russian) is the almost unheard-of

Freddys Revenge
-------------
60 ml Tequila
30 ml Galliano
Top with Pineapple Juice
Build & stir over lots of ice in a Highball
-------------

... Yes, that is double the alcohol I'd normally put into a cocktail.
Point is, the Teq & Gal wipe each other out, and the Pine masks the chemical
residue. It tastes like an isotonic, weak juice.
...Then will make you fall over 20 minutes later with no warning! (Revenge)

I only try this on customers I've seen before, and know how they can handle
it. It tastes so weak, it's easy to down in one (!) so I have to stop them
from ordering another right away.

.dan.

PS. The Yellow Bird is also a passable use of Galliano, IMO
