OK, lets break it down:
Change happens for a reason, if everyone was making a killing....no change, 
everyone is happy.   As soon as they say we are going to change some 
things...WARNING, DANGER WILL ROBINSON. ( Lost in space), Money problems.  I 
have nothing against Management, but they do not spend enough time doing the 
outside before they attack the inside.  Meaning, different ways to advertise, 
special promotions, resturant theming and, atmosphere of the 
establishment...why? cause these concepts cost money, cutting costs will make 
them look like there salaries are well worth there efforts, the "outside" 
things, spend money..which to many of them is a sin greater than adam and eve. 
It is hard to take a establishment and bring it back, so don't get me wrong 
mngr have a hard job...I wouldn't do it..but they asked for it....also lets 
not assume every bartender is even a decent bartender..I have been amazed on 
what I see when I go out myself from fellow bartenders  ( I recently went to a 
major resturant in my area told the waitress I wanted a White choc 
Martini..and to tell the bartender to make it with Van Vodka, godiva White, 
Godiva Dark...and it still came back to me Vodka, W Creme De 
Cacao....somewhere between my table and the bar and back..it got lost in 
translation???)  Also, Bartenders are in the pits with the customers so they 
tend to get a feel as to input on what they think might work. At my club we 
have no manager just 2 rich guys that used to be globe trotting playboys that 
own it...I said hey why don't we get some go go dancers up in cages, I know 
some girls that hate working but like to dance and they would do 
it....Brilliant he said...so they are a big hit...except they still are not 
accustomed to being on time , like to call there slacker boyfriends all the 
time on the cellphone, and complain that the boots that they wear hurt there 
feet and need to sit down and drink") lol. Basicly Its like the Army, When you 
do not work as a team, it only takes one person to get you all killed.
