I know I am new to this forum, but I have to ask....Do you even read the 
comments before you respond promoting your website?  
Twice you have responded to my posts, and twice you have givin me absolutely 
nothing  in response.  If we are relating that to bartending, wow....I 
wouldn't want to be your customer!  You need to learn how to listen.  You sent 
me to sites that advertise how to get a job for those "with little to no 
experience"  I stated in my first post that I have been bartending for almost 
10 years!  You sent me to another site describing how to behave in an 
interview and what to put on a resume.  Please, you are wasting my time!  Have 
something valid to say or don't bother posting anything.
