What Swizzle Stick said.  My bet is the numbers were not anywhere near where 
they should be and drastic action needs to be taken.  If you are not a part of 
the problem, then be a part of the solution.  :0)

Everyone can choose to continue to fume about how everything sucks, but you 
can also choose to make it positive too.

Or consider getting a second one/two night a week gig if you really want to 
hang onto this job, and weather the storm.

If the storm doesn't pass, then hit the classifieds and network with others in 
the biz about who is hiring....
