Darren!  Your post is supportive of that "line" with the advice to speak with 
this GM about how all of the fun has been sucked out of doing their respective 
jobs!  ;0)

You may not like that "line" but it gives room for one to think about what to 
do, and there are several options, without telling them how to do it.

I wasn't being smart.  :0)
