Thank you. That's more along the lines of what I was looking for. The whole 
comp system wasn't explained to me really well at my new place, and I didn't 
want to make it look like I didn't know what I was doing in that regard. The 
free drink was not a part of my previous employer's business plan. Dishonesty 
I can figure out all by my lonesome, thank you very much.
