The best thing is that I don't have to stock anything (daytime does it).
 
I have to close 2 wells, with all the bottles going high above my head in a 
cabinet. I also have an island of bottles that have to be locked away. That's 
the worst of it.

Other stuff is cleaning the bar (see below) , table tops, take dishes to the 
kitchen, and take the trash way out back. But normally I give someone $5 to 
take my trash and dishes. I don't have to vaccum or mop. Someone else does the 
floors.

Cleaning the bar: Island Oasis blenders and machine, coffee pots and coffee 
machine, bar top, well bottles, ....and well, I clean more than the other 
bartenders, so basically everything you see.....I straighten menus, clean the 
computer screens....sometimes I feel like I'm the only one that does clean (I 
work with a buncha college students that could care less). I have lots of 
railroad cleaning for myself. For example, last night I took up all the 
glasses and cleaned the netting and the crap underneath. I do that about once 
a month. 

I don't consider myself an radically clean bartender, it's just that's it a 
sense of pride.
