Rick,
As a person who has worked in the industry for a while and am presently
running the show in my current "gig", one thing that you will have to get good
at is impressing people. Start with your boss. Next time he comes to you with
a sudgestion, complaint or lesson just look at him and say "no problem, i can
do that" and make it a goal to never screw that up again. Excuses dont work.
Sorry to say but this industry can be a little hard on rookies. So...make some
friends. Work hard. Have fun and impress the boss. If the first thing he needs
you to do is check the co2 then that is the first thing you do.
