yeah, well my life isnt spent on message boards, so how would i know?  I am 
new to the whole thing.  For whatever that is worth, thanks Dan.  Not too sure 
this is where I will choose to spend free time in the future as my season is 
starting and we opened a second "sister" restaurant which is now consuming all 
of my time.  Have to admit I have gotten a lot of strange spamming emails 
(some pretty offensive porno) since posting here ... is that part of trolling 
too?
p.s.  i'm never on the internet except when new ideas or who is doing what 
for the sake of appeasing my wacky boss (God bless him, but he looks like and 
is alot like Mr Howl from the old tv series Gilligan's Island).
