sigh sorry Doc, it's a fake user, created solely to harass you. Created, we 
can only imagine, by an individual who recently found the need to annoy you in 
a childish way. 
This is a dithpicable tactic, and should be banned, but technically cannot in 
almost any public forum. The only answer is to point it out for what it is, 
and annoy the spoof.
