That would be the Australian contingent. :D Two points:

1. The American drinking scene is completely different to the Australian 
scene, both in styles of bars, habits of drinkers, and tastes of the general 
public. 

2. We don't order drinks by 'names'. We order exactly what the drink is. For 
example, someone wants a vodka and cranberry juice? "Hey man, can I grab a 
vodka and cranberry juice?" 
See how simple that is? None of this "Hey, can I grab a Seabreeze and a 
Screwdriver?" I assume it's because we followed the British in their style of 
ordering (tho we do have the ability to order more than one drink at a time in 
these here parts ;) )
