What is an extra (or very) dry martini?
A very or extra dry martini has no vermouth.

What wine should you use for a white wine spritzer, and why?
I dont know... Chardonnay.

Name two Russian vodkas.
Stolichnaya and Smirnoff.

Generally speaking, what process increases the purity of vodka?
Coal filtering, and multiple distillations.

What is the top shelf version of Absolut?
I wasnt aware of another Absolut label unless absolut is made in france (i
beleive it is). A top shelf french vodka is Grey Goose.

Name 2 blended Scotch's and 2 single malt Scotch's.
Dewars and Johnnie Walker Red, Blue, Black are all blended scotches. Single
Malts are Glemorangie and Glenfiddich.

If I were to ask you to make me a top shelf margarita without naming the
ingredients, what top shelf liquors would come to your mind on how to make
this drink?
Patron Silver, Grand Marnier or Cointreau, lime juice, salt rim... Shaken into
a margarita glass.

From a martini perspective, what is the difference between shaking and
stirring?
With gin shaking "bruises" it altering the taste in a beneficial way and it
clouds the drink. Stirring is much more gentle, does not chill a drink as
much, does not cloud a drink, and does not incorporate ingredients as well.

There you go. Hope Im not doing to awful.
Greg
