Different strokes for different folks. :) Like Bippo said, there's a million
and one ways how to make a Cosmo now; there's no set standard anymore, aside
from "giggle giggle make mine SWEET giggle I don't want to taste the alcohol
giggle"

Coulda also gone the easy route with Scotch and said Johnnie Walker. :P As for
the Canadians, Crown Royal and Canadian Club are the only two I can think of.

Bugger me in the arse, I'm coming to your bar if you charge the standard price
for a Marg for 90MLS OF TEQUILA. That would kill a small horse, let alone a 21
year old kid (HAH! Pot calling the kettle...).

So either we kill you with tequila, or we kill you with sour! :P I follow the
ratio of 3:2:1 tequila:triplesec:lime, but others have different opinions.

(Because some people are really stupid. These are the same people that like
lime cordial poured into their beer. I hate these people)

Knowledge wise, not too shabby! Remembering all of it under pressure and
behind the bar though will be a different story. Also, it hasn't been
mentioned, but the way you move behind the bar will be a dead giveaway that
you've never tended before; I don't want to break your heart, but there's
nothing you can do to change it. It's just something that comes with
experience and feeling more comfortable behind the stick.
That being said, everyone has to start somewhere. You'll be fine. :) You have
passion, and that's something that can't be taught.

I don't celebrate it, but same to you. Isn't there like a Superbowl match on
or something? And one of you seppos had better have eaten a Turducken. (that's
a duck stuffed inside a chicken stuffed inside a turkey, for those not in the
know.)
