Dark colors don't attract light, it isn't as though more photons fly towards a 
dark colored object.  Dark objects ABSORB more photons and hence normally heat 
up faster than light colored ones.  In the case of beer a darker one will 
absorb more photons than a light one but in either case you're still going to 
get the 'skunk reaction' mentioned above.  If anything (and this is just a 
hypothesis) a darker beer would have molecules in it that would absorb 
incoming photons and thus less of them would be available to covert iso-alpha 
acids into the thiols that cause the skunky flavor.  I'm thinking it would be 
similar to the protein melanin that is produced in skin cells to absorb UV 
light - the more melanin you have the darker you are and hence better 
protected from the rays of the sun.
