You're getting confused! It's the Sazerac with Rye and the Speyside Saz with 
Speyside Malt ;-) 
 Funnilly enough though I made the drink for a Glenfidich add that went out in 
Whiskey magazine and one condition was that Glenfidich keep the rights to the 
drink recipe and the name so it exists on our new menu as a "Fly Rye Jazerac" 
made the same way but using Rye in place of the Glenfidich so maybe you can 
try that when you get yourself a bottle of Rye and the speyside saz when you 
get a bottle of Malt!
