If by whiskey you mean Bourbon (Maker's Mark, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, etc.) 
and Canadian blended whiskey (Crown Royal, Seagrams, J&B, etc.) I'm partial to:

- Manhattan (Bourbon, Rye or Canadian, to taste)
- Old Fashioned (definitely Bourbon only in this one)
- Whiskey Sour (any will do, really)
- Mint Julep (Bourbon!)
- Hot Toddy (I know it calls for brandy, but I like Bourbon in mine)
- 7 and 7 (Seagrams 7 or other Canadian)

I'm sure others will have suggestions.
