Catron also do a very good Maraschino Liqueur. I know that it might seem a 
waste to buy a whole bottle if you're only going to use a bit, but you'll find 
that there a quite a few classic cocktails that use maraschino. The Avaiation 
and Hemmingway Daiquiri are two i can think of. It's definitely worth the 
investment.
