First thing, drop the poor me attitude. Not being harsh but attitude is
everything. Your attitude will get you the job or lose you the job, and your
learned skills will let you keep it while you learn real on the job training.
Placement percentages are BS. I train in Oklahoma (your neighbor to the South)
and I know my students virtually all go to work, but our school doesn't post
numbers or take the credit. You pay to learn to bartend and then YOU get your
job. If I place you, great. If not, it's up to you.
Sure, some people know somebody in the business, but that is not the norm.
Keep up with class and then hit the streets and hit them hard.
