Thats a great idea, however regarding a legal info FAQ you might want to split 
it into country catagories. UK law, US law, EU law, blah blah. It would be a 
really helpful resource for bar management who cant be bothered to read 
through all the paperwork when they need to find something. It was just a 
passing thought I'm sure I'll have more ingenious ideas in due time ;-)
