sugar syrup in a cosmopolitan? that seems a little strange! Cosmopolitan 1 1/2 shots vodka 1/2 shot cointreau 1 shot cranberry juice 1/4 shot fresh lime juice shake with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. garnish with an orange twist. George!
