Wher are you located.I've Been in the business  since 77 and worked in six 
different resturants and everyonne if I amde drinks for the wait staff they 
tipped me out in fact there was a whole thread here about waitress not tipping 
out fairly. evry place the ploicy is slightly different some places the 
management collects it some they give it to you direcly,some places you get 
paid a set amount  or maybe a set minim. some  you get a precent of the ring.
I never heard of place tha didn't require it if they bithc about paying.If 
they don't like tlet them make thier own drinks and see what the manager 
thinks about that.

if the manager wants to give you an extra 20 a night does that come to 5 a 
waitress per sift and what percent of alchol sales does  is $20?
