I have enjoyes Ray Foleys books.  He co-authored Bartending For Dummies and 
The Ultimate Cocktail Book II, which I just picked up and is loaded with good 
things.  Not only recipies, but specific gravity and suggestions for 
particular products.  Good stuff.
