whenever I look into barbooks, I always see mistake after mistake.

e.g. bourbon can only be made in Kentucky (yet they still get published even 
though they are wrong!!!)

there must be plenty of bar books with incorrect 'facts' in them.

my point is, if someone claims to have c.1000 bar/ cocktail books, how many 
are actually any good. 10%?, 15%?. Why keep hold of the crap ones?

What do you look for in barbooks?

Are there any error-free barbooks (not counting personal preferences with 
recipes)?
