Yeah, it was Cache. I used to work with him at Jackie Chans restaurant when they opened in Hawaii. After he left, im not sure if anyone filled his spot. There are a bunch of flair bartenders in Hawaii but I dont think any of them are as serious as some bartenders in Vegas. As far as flair goes, I havent seen or heard of any flair events in years. I'll ask all the guys I know and see if anyone is interested in getting more involved. I'll definately let you know if anyone speaks up. Im sure people will ask though, any benefits to being a FBA rep for Hawaii? How much time will they have to put into it?
