In alot of ways you're right. I think of it as being from wherever they choose 
to make it in whatever territory. Certainly it as "Russian" as my little 
finger...
In the UK, i would call it British Vodka, ditilled from Durham wheat up in 
Cameron Bridge, Speyside.... Diageo, oh Diageo, masters of the marketing 
universe.
Anyone know where the Indian stuff is imported from, or is it made here under 
license??
