I am personally at Arcus side and I wonder if Smirnoff can get their right in 
court. Of course the word is spelled a little different but it still creates a 
large association with the country. At least it would create a lot of negative 
publicity. I myselve am not very fond of brands giving themselve false 
identities/nationalities.
