O do they put that on their lable? I never bothered inspecting their bottle.
That's bad too >-(

These are the protected vodka terms I can find now. There's no norwegian term.

Svensk Vodka — Swedish Vodka
Suomalainen Vodka — Finsk Vodka — Vodka of Finland
Latvijas Dzidrais
Rīgas degvīns
LB degvīns
LB vodka
Originali Lietuviška degtinė
Laugarício vodka
Polska Wódka/Polish Vodka
Herbal vodka from the North Podlasie Lowland aromatised
with an extract of bison grass /Wódka ziołowa z Niziny
Północnopodlaskiej aromatyzowana ekstraktem z trawy
żubrowej

http://www.europeanspirits.org/documents/council_regulation_on_definitions_1576-891.pdf

and this is what article 5 (2) says:

2. The names listed in paragraph 1 may be supplemented by geographical
indications other than those in paragraph 3, provided that they
do notmislead consumers.

Now naming your vodka to a country is not the same as putting a geographical
indication in front of the product name but it comes close to misleading and
that only might be enough.
