One and only one thing, to become a bartender, not a Tom Cruise wanna be, or a 
rum and coke mixer who's saving up to pay for a 12 on Saturday night, I wanna 
be the real deal, be able to sit down at some of the finer slabs of oak in my 
area and order something the bartender respects, and then sit there for a few 
rounds talking about the industry with him/her. Sounds simple but I've got a 
feeling alot of people here (myself included) let on we know more than we 
actually do, and I'd love to see an improvment from all of them as this site 
is a blessing to the industry.
