number 8 doesn't suprise me one bit!

anyhoo, I would personally recommend that everyone gets a rush on, otherwise 
you will never get around to doing all those things you want to do.

When it comes to infusions it is always best to get someone else to do it 
first (with their stock!!!). Stop you from getting a Q-esque "Frankensteins 
Kitchen".

I, personally, will be trying to implement my "re-evaluation of all cocktails" 
thing a bit more. Its very Nietzsche, but thats suits me fine.
