Actually, I'm not particularly concerned about my creations as I have yet to 
retire and become a working bartender again. Maybe when I do, I'll feel 
different.

What it is for me, is I find the history fascinating. I don't know if that is 
because of the tender in me, or just because I am a history buff, but I love 
reading about drink creators and the places they were working in. I also think 
it would be nice to give some tenders their place in history. We know a lot 
about Al Capone, but we know very little about the tenders who worked in the 
same era except for the names and stories they left behind with other younger 
tenders who may or may not have paid much attention, and likely never wrote 
any of it down for anyone else to read.

The internet may help, but history shows us that even stone tablets disappear 
into history over time.

Just a thought.
