First, I don't read each and every thread on the forums.

I'm not sure I can summarily state that Red Bull is lying.  I know our local 
reps very well and they don't lie.

People are fully capable of making their own choices in what they drink.  I 
don't believe in the victim theory as I think more on the lines of personal 
responsiblity.

And I questioned the original poster of this thread on their point or intent, 
which seems to be lacking and stating something so factual as the sky is blue. 
 So?  You mean...?  Birds fly.  Companies promote their product.  Perhaps a 
bit pedantic as I have studied, lived off of oral and written communication 
skills and abilities.

Hence, I made the obvious point that companies are in business to profit and 
therefore are committed to promote their product.

Getting all hot and bothered about the health aspects of this product is 
somewhat hypocritical since as a bartender my living is made off of the 
consumption of alcohol -- which by the way, has its own bunch of health issues.
