This place has always prided itself on the quality of their tenders, which 
scored my undying loyalty since I was a server for a mere three months (if 
that) before I got behind the bar, travelled to other venues and have been 
sucked right back into the home stomping grounds.

It is a really good refresher to review it as many are hitting the wall with 
the realisation our season is winding down (popular time of year to vacation 
for Clevelanders) and the drama and attitudes are growing exponentially and 
quite prevalent.

But you gotta admit, some of the wording is a bit corporate like... even a 
little thick, especially in the intro.  ;0)

Glad it can be of help to others.  Crap, hundreds of tenders have been handed 
this thickly stapled document throughout the years, so why not post it?
