Subject: Anyone got a "bar duties" handbook to share?

I've had a look around (Places like barmedia & nightclub magazine), but all
I've found is online courses and resumes.

I'd like to compile a bunch of standard working tips together to make our
expectations clear to all employees. Lots of "common sense" stuff, plus a
bunch of procedures.
I have various memos, but I'd like to compare with anyone elses versions and
format before I glue it all together.

Things like Opening dutes - turning on lights & music, checking pars and stuff
through to Closing, checking out the toilets and sweeping up.
I know that all places will delegate these jobs a bit differently, and of
course have different things to do, but I also believe that largely everyone
needs to know what needs to be done, and preferably how.

My previous thoughts have been posted
[Dan the Melon Man] Real pointers : how to open up your shift : back to front!
[Dan the Melon Man] Re: End of the night....clean up!!!

So I'm not too short of content :-) But I'd like to compare with others.
Can anyone lift a corporate template? (I lost my TGIs one long ago :( )
... and of course I'll share when I'm done!

TIA .dan.
